Job schedule and stages

Pre-installation job setup

We provide you with a schedule of the job, and an approximate commencement date.
We contact you 1-2 weeks prior to commencement with delivery details and expected start.
We inspect delivery of materials to check they are correct regarding quality, colour and quantity.
We make sure all materials are safely stored and do not cause you any inconvenience.

During roof / gutter installation

We check weather forecasts.
We only remove the roof and gutter sections to be replaced that day. This ensures your home is not left exposed to the elements overnight.
We inspect roofing / guttering timbers and advise you of any defects that require attention.
We remove any birds nest or other foreign matter.
We install roofing and guttering materials as per Australian standards.
We make sure your roof is water tight and secure before leaving at end of each day.
We clean the site daily, so that all debris and waste products are stored in a defined area.

Completion of roof / gutter installation

We check that all gutters have the correct fall and stormwater is directed away from the building.
We remove all debris and iron filings (swarf) from roof and gutters.
We check all flashings.
We clean up all related rubbish on site into one area for removal.
We have a site inspection with you, to make sure you are very happy with the work.
We offer a 10 Year guarantee on workmanship and manufacturers standard warranty on materials.
